Hair Requirements
All ballet students MUST have hair in a neat bun. No exceptions.
Please use a hair net that matches the colour of hair and bun pins to secure the bun.
Jazz, Lyrical, Acrobatics and Singing must have hair off the face in a neat pony tail, braids or bun.
Any student with their hair out will be asked to put their hair up and off the face before they can dance. If a student’s hair is too short to put into an up do, please secure hair off the face with a head band or clips.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable to move in is perfect for the trial lesson such as a t-shirt and leggings or any dance clothes you might already own. Bare foot or soft shoes is fine too.
Once you enrol into the class, you can try on our uniform at the studio and order your uniform in the parent portal online store.
Can I stay to watch the trial class?
During the term we hold closed classes. However, if your child is a little shy or nervous you a welcome to stay with them for their first trial lesson. Our Creative Movement classes for 2-4 years is open for parents to watch every class!
What is the trial class cost?
New students will be billed from their trial class date. If you do not wish to enrol after your trial lesson, you will not be charged at all.
Do you take enrolments all year?
Yes! You can enrol anytime in the year. If you join in the middle of a term your fees will be prorated.
How do I enrol into the class after my trial lesson?
Once you’ve completed your trial lesson, log into your parent portal account and select ‘register for classes’. Tick the classes you would like to enrol for and ‘submit’ at the bottom of the page. You should receive a confirmation email of your chosen classes.
